these two are both students at university, he's nineteen/twenty, and are living together in some form of student accommodation. they are best friends and have been for the longest time; i'm talking adorable, call each other names, do things to irritate the other on purpose, best friends forever. his name is russell, middle and last are up to you, pb is open but you have to run it through me first so i can make sure he is suitably adorableee, personality is open as long as he's cute and nice yknow, i don't mind how he feels about vampires, jeck isn't really sure herself. history is up to you, he must've been in london for the most part of his life because jess has known him for that long. and he has to like animals because they co-own a leopard gecko and jess just bought a rabbit. c:

however at some point in the near enough future the co-leader of the mafia aleks is going to claim jess as his pet and he's going to abuse her and take her blood and generally make her life hell and what not c: how russell reacts to that i don't know :c she wouldn't tell him what was happening, she'd just come home upset and crying and hiding her bites :c but then when he figured it out .. i don't know ahaha. he'd be her shoulder to cry on. maybe he'd try and confront aleks and get abused himself. idk, that bit is totally up to you c: please take him! it'll make me really happy c:
